    Description

    Position: Medical Recruiter

    • Position Type: 6+ month contract position with potential to convert to FTE
    • Hourly Rate: $30-$40 on a W2 basis
    • Location: Candidates must be local to Chicago, Northbrook-Area for hybrid opportunity (on-site presence at Chicago location may be required)

    Summary:

    Vaco Staffing is searching for a medical recruiter for a nationally recognized healthcare services provider dedicated to improving patients' lives through critical healthcare services. This role offers professional growth opportunities and a significant impact on the community.

    This position provides a fulfilling chance to be part of a team devoted to making a difference in the healthcare industry, especially in a specialized service sector catering to critical healthcare needs.

    Day-To-Day:

    • Handle multiple recruitment needs for medical centers across regions including lab technicians, EMT's, nursing, administrative, and medical roles
    • Support managers and supervisors in talent selection and recruitment coordination
    • Aid Recruiting Manager in setting recruitment requirements and building applicant sources
    • Assist in creating new recruitment programs and evaluating applicant qualifications
    • Manage administrative recruitment tasks and reports
    • Develop and communicate recruiting policies and ensure compliance with company standards

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Plasma, or Healthcare fields
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Highly ambitious, innovative, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership, and adapt to changing priorities

    Compensation Info:

    • Hourly rate of $30-$40 as Vaco Consultant with potential conversion to full-time role
    • Travel expense coverage, cell phone stipend, and benefits package
    • Candidates must be located in Chicago, Northbrook-Area for hybrid work setup
