Central contact person (m/f/d) for the client and their employees
Quality and performance control as well as optimization of operational processes
Acquisition, preparation of offers, calculation of maintenance and operator orders
Coordination of subcontractors and own employees (m/f/d)
Preparation of documentation and reporting as well as warranty tracking

This is what you bring with you:

Technician (Human) or Master (Human) in the field of supply (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) or electrical engineering or completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC (Human) or electrician (Human)
Relevant experience as an object manager (Human) or in a comparable position within Technical Facility Management
Basic understanding of business administration
Secure application of common MS Office programs
Class B
