What are your responsibilities?

  • Management, consulting and expansion of existing customers (key accounts) in the energy sector
  • Independent conception, management and processing of new customer projects involving internal and external resources (cross-departmental)
  • Coordination for the integration of new customers into the existing system landscape
  • Implementation of project goals including time, quality and cost management
  • Support in the development of a dynamic organizational structure

What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed technical training and/or a degree in business administration or engineering; state-recognized further education as a technician, master electrician or equivalent, or extensive professional experience
  • Ideally, knowledge of the energy industry/energy supply sector
  • IT skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.))
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • You have a hands-on mentality, goal-oriented thinking and acting, pragmatism, strong communication skills, teamwork, a strong customer and quality orientation, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Occasional travel/customer visits
