- Journalize standard and non-standard entries.
- Prepare monthly financials and meet all deadlines.
- Maintain and review the accuracy of general ledger balances, including preparation of monthly account reconciliations.
- Investigate, analyze and communicate variances with a focus on identifying root causes.
- Accounts Receivable and Grant Reconciliation.
- Special projects as needed by management.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Dynamics GP, ReqLogic, or other accounting-based software is a plus.
- Experience in customer service and relationship building.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
