We are currently looking for a new addition to our team in our Northville location:

Accounting Assistant (m/f/d)

Full-time or part-time

Your responsibilities:

Preparation of complete accounting, including cost accounting
Regular account reconciliation (creditors, debtors, and general ledger accounts)
Monitoring of incoming payments and collection activities
Preparation of monthly financial statements and VAT returns
Preparation and review of business evaluations
Payroll accounting and social security
Personnel administration

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility (excellent accounting knowledge)
Experience with DATEV, Unternehmen Online, Smarttransfer, and LODAS
MS
