We are rapidly expanding and want you to join our teamWe are rapidly expanding and want you to join our teamThe Challenge (Job Summary) The Marketing Coordinator role will be responsible for day-to-day marketing tasks to support the marketing team on all initiatives for existing NOMS practices, and newly onboarding providers and practices.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing.Your Day to Day & Essential Functions:
You will complete daily administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities and campaignsYou will support and assist with the execution of new practice or new provider onboardsYou will create and update project boards in project management platform (Monday)
You will assist with all marketing projects and deadlines. You will help with events planning and implementation.
You will create meeting agendas and take notes during meetings with clear action items and timelinesYou will assist with any local marketing activities including sponsorships, events (set up and attendance), and business partnershipYou will monitor and update Google listingsYou will assist with SEO monitoringYou will assist with social media content and planning as neededWhat You Need to Succeed (Competencies, Education):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field; recent graduates encouraged to applyStrong written and oral communication including copy writing, proofreading, and editing of marketing collateralMust be extremely detailed oriented, with exceptional organizational and project management skillAbility to multitask across different projects simultaneouslyWillingness to learn and adapt to changeHaving a self-driven attitude and being a team player is essentialExcellent collaboration skills with a service-minded approach and ability to work independently on prioritized tasksAbility to accept constructive feedback, demonstrate positive attitude and pride in workmanshipAbility to work cross-functionally with corporate department leaders, providers, and office staff

Working Conditions, Physical & Mental Demands:
The marketing team works in our administrative office setting, which is well-ventilated and well lighted. The position of marketing generalist involves frequent telephone contact with vendors, and work may be stressful at times. Ther is constant interaction with others and can be interruptive. Work is typically performed at a desk or table requiring the use of standard office equipment. There is intermittent sitting, standing, and stooping. May view computer screen for long periods of time.
