- directly supervise the UA staff, case managers, mentor, counselors, driver, and administrative assistants to ensure positions are filled and that weekly responsibilities are being performed;
- complete review and approval of biweekly time cards in Netchex;
- ensure that staff attend all required trainings/conferences by following registration and travel procedures
- develop ways to market and establish partnerships within the community
- complete Microix submissions and submit for approvals in a timely manner;
- assist data collection agency with grant reporting and auditing;
- maintain and distribute office supply and inventory;
- screen incoming mail and draft responses to inquiries for information concerned with matters of non-technical nature and/or matter in which precedents are clear;
- maintain department's records system and inactive treatment files, including filing and retrieving documents, researching files, etc.;
- receive and pass verbal and written feedback to clinical, medical, and other Drug Court staff as requested about client activity and behavior;
- complete all Incident Reports prior to the end of scheduled shift as required by Incident Policy and Procedure;
- screen visitors and telephone calls by answering or referring routine questions;
- contact the Program Coordinator in the event of a fire or evacuation of the treatment facility as required;
- contact the Program Coordinator if the Police or other law enforcement officials come to the Agency;
- enter participant information and scan documentation into AIMS (AutoMon Information Management System);
- prepare and provide documentation for weekly Court Docket and Status Hearings;
- collect and report participant's TANF information for Supreme Court's Monthly Programmatic Report;
- coordinates with urine screen staff to establish monthly calendar, ordering of supplies, and provide them with urine screen logs; and
- perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- At least 6 months experience with substance abuse treatment
- Excellent communication skills
- More than 2 years of substance abuse treatment experience
- At least 1 year of Electronic Health Record system experience
- At least 1 year of MS Access experience
- Knowledge of Narcotics Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous principles
