During this apprenticeship, you will get to know all the commercial departments at NIEHOFF.Depending on what you are particularly interested in, you can then work as a clerk in purchasing, human resources, sales and marketing, or accounting.
Industrial clerks work in companies in almost all sectors of the economy, such as the electrical, automotive, or textile industry.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Determine the need for products and services
- Obtain, review, and compare offers
- Check and monitor contracts
- Understand and apply legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations for personnel deployment
- Calculate personnel requirements, recruit and select employees
- Manage inventory and income accounts
- Process payment transactions and manage reminders
- Collect and analyze market and customer data
- Handle inquiries, advise customers, and create offers
- Process customer orders and create invoices
- Plan investment and financing processes
- Prepare statistics, derive key figures, and analyze them.
