WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

For one of our cooperation partners - a provider in Lankwitz - we are looking for a pedagogical employee in the care service for a therapeutic transitional home for the social, medical and vocational rehabilitation of mentally ill people with 49 residential places, starting on January 1, 2024.

The weekly working hours are 30 hours and are provided from Monday to Sunday in shift work without night shifts.

Then we are looking for you

THIS IS WHAT YOUR WORKING DAY LOOKS LIKE
You support our clients in managing their daily lives
You offer needs-based social group activities
You provide assistance within the framework of individual participation planning
You carry out and coordinate assistance services
You solve communication problems and conflicts

AT OUR COOPERATION PARTNER YOU WILL RECEIVE
Remuneration within the company's internal collective agreement (S12 or S11b depending on qualifications)
Special payments in July and November as well as company pension scheme (VBLU)

Position initially limited to one year, with the aim of permanent employment
