INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
INTEGRATION ASSISTANTS (M/F/D)

IN THE FIELD OF CHILD DAYCARE
PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, EG S08b TVÖD SuE (SUBJECT TO PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS)

There are multiple positions available, which can be filled either part-time or full-time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Caring for, accompanying, and supporting children with special needs in their daily lives and during participation in educational activities at the daycare facility
Creating individual development plans, progress reports, and documentation
Implementing individual support measures, individual and small group activities with an inclusive approach
Collaborating with pediatricians and other institutions
Actively participating in the development of integration concepts in cooperation with other integration specialists, (group) educators, and facility management
Establishing and maintaining a competent and reliable partnership with parents
Providing guidance and advice to parents in collaboration with assigned educators

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed training as an educator
Several years of professional experience
Additional training, e.g. in motor pedagogy, special education, or as a specialist in inclusive education and upbringing, or proof of specific training or practical experience in the field of integrating children with special needs, or willingness to acquire additional training
Loving, respectful, and boundaryconscious approach to children
Openness and tolerance towards children and parents
