JOB TITLE:
2nd Shift Production Utility

OF OPENINGS:
ONE (1)

BASE RATE/

HOUR:
$27.78

HOURS:
Normally start - 1:55 P.M. (Hours may vary with production schedule.)

Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs._

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supplement Production Relief
Keep oven exits clean and scrap bins emptied
Assist scaling and may be required to fill microingredient bins
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist in setting up for next shift.
Will be required to operate a lift truck and powered pallet jack.
The Production Utility must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This support may include but is not limited to:
_serving in the role of 5S Leader, actively participating in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep,_ _Weekly Spot, etc.)_ and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment. The person in this position must also perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER TO PERFORM BASIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON EQUIPMENT, AS WELL AS OTHER OPERATOR-DRIVEN RELIABILITY (ODR) DUTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLEANING, INSPECTING, AND LUBRICATING AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR.

Education

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
