- Making proactive appointments and calling on customers aftersale
- Performing maintenance and repair service work on Ag Equipment at one of company service shops or onsite with customers
- Providing worldclass technical product support/customer support
- Resolving product and performance issues
- Communicating with headquarters on appropriate issues and solutions
- Analyzing/Troubleshooting/Reporting malfunctions, incidents, and service requests/questions from customers
