In 1990, our "Association for the Promotion of Education, Employment, Counseling and Support for Youth and Adults", or FAB e.

V., was founded in Crimmitschau, Saxony under the motto "Saxony helps Saxony".

We consciously took advantage of the opportunities of the political change to establish a help system that is oriented towards the needs of the people in the region.

The two main pillars of FAB e.
V.'s services are youth welfare and vocational training.

With consideration of the possibilities of the new social laws and in close exchange with political and social decision-makers in the Zwickau area, we began building our organization.

We were one of the first associations to join the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband.

Over the years, we have expanded our locations from our headquarters in Crimmitschau/Sa.

to the city of Zwickau, the city of Glauchau, the municipalities of Niederalbertsdorf, the districts of Blankenhain and Cunersdorf, and the city of Kirchberg.


With a wide range of services in child and youth welfare, training and preparation for training, prevention, counseling, and support in the school environment, we offer a broad portfolio of tasks and a stable network for the needs of young people and adults in different situations.
