We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to join our team.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Develop and design wellthoughtout user experiences and interface designs for digital health applications used in the field of medical rehabilitation
  • Plan and lead independent user research initiatives, user interviews, and usability tests to understand the needs and challenges of our users and derive requirements for product innovations
  • Translate your concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and ultimately into intuitive and consistent user experiences that meet the specific needs of our users/patients
  • Be an essential part of the product team and develop collaborative relationships with other team members and stakeholders from areas such as software development, implementation management, marketing, support, etc.
  • Plan and lead design reviews and regularly exchange ideas with the product and development team to drive continuous innovation and improvements

Your profile:


  • 3+ years of experience in the field of user experience and interface design, preferably with a focus on mobile applications and ideally with initial experience in digital health
