Description
Your Responsibilities- Handling customer inquiries regarding digital products of SAMSON AG
- Developing and implementing new service concepts and business models, including digitalization projects
- Designing service processes for digital products
- Participating in digitalization projects as a representative of the service department and taking on defined tasks in these projects
- Providing customer support and advice to promote customer loyalty
- Contributing to the development of new digital services
- Independently planning and conducting trainings and workshops
- Assisting with customer acquisition and consultation for SAMSON's product portfolio
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar specialized field
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the service sector
- Proven experience in project management and solid knowledge of requirements management
- You enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
- Your strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills set you apart
- You have a high affinity for technical products and can explain complex issues in an understandable way
- Proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level is required
