Production Area Manager for Profile Machining (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Contributing to and improving CNC processes for production and cost optimization
  • Recording, evaluating, and adjusting production times for CNC and laser systems
  • Creating production regulations, work instructions, and organizational guidelines
  • Production planning and control: optimal use of materials, employees, and machines
  • Material management
  • Developing measures for timely and sustainable error correction and prevention, as well as quality assurance measures
  • Enforcing order, cleanliness, and discipline
  • Planning personnel and machine usage, as well as hall occupancy
  • Supporting the operations manager in achieving company goals
  • Monitoring maintenance and care of machines and tools
  • Actively participating and supporting all production-related tasks
