Head of Human Resources (m/f/d):


Your responsibilities:


  • Professional and disciplinary management of assigned employees (m/f/d)
  • Implementation of the company's strategies, goals, and principles
  • Development, conclusion, and introduction of company regulations and works agreements
  • HR process management and digitization of HR processes
  • Ensuring salary and company pension calculations
  • Coordination of personnel development and training within the company
  • Advising managers and employees on labor law and all personnelrelated matters
  • Budget planning and control
  • Preparation and maintenance of regular reports for management

Qualifications:


  • Completed university degree (e.g. in business administration with a focus on human resource management) or comparable education and
