Required Skills:

Familiarity with Pulse Secure Access.
Setting up resource profiles and policies.
Managing user realms and roles.
Customizing sign-in pages and access policies.
Delegating administration privileges.
Troubleshooting Pulse Secure SSL VPN environments, Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
Configuring and overseeing Zscaler Private Access for multi-tenancy setups.
Creating and executing secure remote access solutions.
Monitoring ZPA performance for a large user base.
Integrating ZPA with existing security frameworks.
Tackling connectivity and security challenges within ZPA.
Developing and enforcing access control policies.
Ensuring ZPA environment's high availability and reliability.
Managing and supporting Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) technology.
Establishing ZIA policies for secure internet access.
Implementing web security and content filtering solutions through ZIA.
Monitoring ZIA for security threats and performance matters.
Supporting high-availability ZIA environments with a significant user base.
Configuring and overseeing ZIA security policies and rules.
Conducting routine audits and updates for compliance and security protocols.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in applying security policies, standards, and implementation.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting VPN technologies like Zscaler Private Access and Pulse Secure SSL VPN in multi-tenancy and high availability settings.
2 years of experience with Zscaler Internet Access in large enterprise environments for 2000+ users.
3 years of experience as an Information Security Specialist, supporting robust network environments with numerous servers, users, firewalls, switches, and routers.

Preferred Certification:

Certifications such as ZCCA-IA, ZCCP-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCCP-PA, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), or CISSP are advantageous.
