Your tasks will include


As a working student, you will support the Program and Project Management in a customer project in the Project Management Office.


Your tasks will include:

  • Administrative support for the Program Manager
  • Support for the involved Project Managers of the program
  • Preparation of SAP internal controlling (FELIPE)
  • Forecast
  • Review and approval of time tracking
  • Support for the procurement of external consultants
  • Support for internal procurement of consultants
  • Coordination of onboarding/offboarding processes


This role will give you the opportunity to learn about Program and Project Management in a large transformation project in the IT industry.

You will also gain an overview of almost all aspects of project management, including fiscal, budget, and resource aspects.
