Civil Engineer (FH), specializing in Architecture or Civil Engineering (m/f/d) or certified Building Technician (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a new team member for our PROJECT MANAGEMENT department at Loyalton.

Civil Engineer (FH), specializing in Architecture or Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

or a

certified Building Technician (m/f/d)

to support us in our projects.
We also welcome applications from part-time employees on parental leave or for freelance work.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating performance specifications for all construction trades
  • Construction supervision and project accounting

Your qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or completed training as a certified Building Technician
  • Proficient in CAD software (preferably Nemetschek Allplan)
  • Experience with AVA software and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of relevant regulations such as VOB, HOAI, BayBO, and BauGB
  • Experience in site supervision
