Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors and our IT Department to ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure, workstations, and related software.
Install, modify, and troubleshoot computer and printer hardware/software to maintain optimal functionality.
Assist in addressing day-to-day help desk inquiries from employees, providing timely resolutions and technical guidance.
Troubleshoot internal computing platforms to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for employees on systems and software supported by the company.
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
Utilize statistical methods and software tools to analyze data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and trends.
Prepare and present reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Oversee system upgrades and research new tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and IT infrastructure.

Required Education

Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.

Required Skills:

A solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems and computing environments
Experience with Remote Systems Administration
Proficient in Excel and Power Bi
Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
Epicor Eclipse ERP experience a +
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset
