    Our client is in the market for a Service Manager. This global market-leading business is looking for experienced service manager who can grow the company's service and applications to customers. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in HVAC cooling and refrigeration within a commercial and industrial application.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • coordinate, and oversee the operations of the Technical Service team across North America.
    • mentor, and assess staff performance: set and monitor performance goals, provide training and development opportunities, address areas for improvement, and capitalize on strengths, implementing corrective measures as needed.
    • the development and execution of innovative service strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and elevate satisfaction levels in the market.
    • and implement tactical plans to ensure the success of the service business segment, incorporating robust controls and performance metrics.
    • up to 25% domestically and internationally as required.
    • closely with the sales department to optimize offerings, maintaining existing customer satisfaction and capturing new business opportunities.
    • and uphold strong customer relationships with agents, contractors, owners, and national accounts.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • background in post-secondary education, ideally in HVAC or Electrical Engineering technology.
    • in MS Office, Adobe software, data management systems, Service Fusion, and ERP systems (with preference for SAP).
    • proactive approach to achieving departmental and personal objectives, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset. Valued attributes include independence, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
    • of five years' experience in a technical service setting, encompassing profit and loss responsibilities, service contract management, and supervision of Technicians.
    • to maintain composure and focus during high-pressure situations, delivering technical support both remotely and in person.
