    About the Job: The Philadelphia Job Corps Center offers students the chance to obtain their High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) along with hands-on training in various areas such as Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, and more. Adams and Associates is an employee-owned company focused on providing services with positive outcomes. They are deeply involved in the federal Job Corps program.

    As the Health Care CTT Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting students as they transition from training to successful healthcare careers, connecting them with opportunities and ensuring they are ready for the workforce.

    Responsibilities:

    • Career Counseling: Offer personalized guidance to students in defining their healthcare career goals.
    • Job Placement: Forge relationships with local healthcare employers to secure job placements for students.
    • Professional Development: Conduct workshops to enhance students' professional skills.
    • Networking: Engage with healthcare professionals and expand opportunities for students.
    • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track students' progress and provide support throughout their healthcare career journey.
    • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with partners to offer support services and enhance students' success.
