- Provide financial insights and recommendations for proposed business decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
- Drive a "Profit Mindset" among business partners through regular profit and loss (P&L) discussions.
- Develop expertise in advising on and addressing variable compensation models and issues.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting & HR to ensure accuracy of structural data for P&Ls.
- Construct and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting models.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities aligned with supporting finance functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPS, VBA, and Macros.
- Competency in other MS Office applications, especially Word and Access.
- Strong initiative and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Ability to discern synergies across different workstreams.
- Confidence in engaging and influencing senior Sales leaders.
- Outgoing personality with a sales-oriented approach, balancing finance analytics with high-level sales concepts.
- Eagerness to deeply understand the business and evolve into a trusted advisor for senior Sales leaders.
