Contemporary Staffing Solutions is in need of a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This opportunity allows you to work both remotely and in the office. As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Planning and Analysis division, primarily focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for various product lines. Your tasks will include creating financial models, performing in-depth analyses, and collaborating with management to drive key financial strategies. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$130,000 per year depending on your experience.

• Lead the yearly budget planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Develop and assess financial models and forecasts for essential revenue and expense aspects.
• Work closely with the FP&A Manager on special projects and ad hoc analyses to aid in achieving the division's financial objectives.
• Analyze macroeconomic trends and leading indicators to understand their impact on the company's financial performance.
• Conduct analyses on budget versus actual discrepancies, offering insights and flagging potential risks or opportunities to the leadership team.
• Assist in crafting financial summaries and presentations for senior management, displaying financial outcomes and critical performance metrics.
• Act as a link between corporate and divisional leadership to facilitate key business operations and processes.

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or a comparable role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERPs and planning software like Netsuite or Oracle Hyperion.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Thorough understanding of budgeting and forecasting methods.
• Capable of recognizing trends and patterns in complex datasets.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work efficiently across various teams.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the SaaS or travel software industry is advantageous.
