- Review and post claims timely and accurately according to Chargeback Department policies
- Overflow for processing claims and backup, as needed.
- First-level daily support to Chargeback reps by answering questions & giving advice on how to resolve complex issues
- Assist with training of new claims reps on SAP system and how to research & process claims
- Assist with testing of new programs, processes, and/or SAP functionality
- Assist Chargeback Specialist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents
- Backfill support to Power BI maintenance (running necessary reports, troubleshooting issues)
- Participate in brainstorming ways to streamline work processes that impact the department
- Ad hoc projects, as needed
- SAP experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
- High school diploma is required
- Some college education (especially accounting) preferred
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in an efficient manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good Communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up; and problem solve
- Good verbal and Written communication skills (Writing sample will be required)
- Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments
- Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions
- Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize.

Position Summary:The Chargeback Lead is responsible for ensuring all Chargeback claims are processed correctly and on time according to Chargeback Department policies. Primary job functions include, but are not limited to, reviewing data accuracy & ensuring proper support are attached to all Chargeback claims before posting to the AR Aging, providing daily guidance & support to Chargeback Reps to ensure timely processing of claims, escalating claim issues to management for review & resolution planning, and assisting Chargeback Specialist & Chargeback Supervisor with employee training.
