Job Title: Support Technician (Installation)

Location: Coppell, TX

Position Type: Full-time

Pay: $28-41/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

As a Support Technician specializing in installation, your primary responsibilities will include:

Installing and configuring industrial machinery and equipment at client sites
Performing on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning of machinery
Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
Providing technical support and guidance to clients during installation processes
Documenting installation procedures and maintaining accurate records
Training clients on the operation and maintenance of machinery as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in installation and technical support roles
Associate's degree in engineering or a related field
On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) Certificate
Fork Trucking Certificate
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
