    Job DescriptionParts Technician Job Summary:The Parts Technician is responsible for all aspects of ordering, monitoring, and reporting on the Company's parts inventory levels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Shipping, receiving, and inventory duties:
      • Maintain inventory counts by physically viewing, moving, organizing, and counting inventory in the shop.
      • Confirm delivery tickets and stock inventory on shelves; check and balance what was ordered vs received.
      • Responsible for picking up parts from various vendors or locations as needed.
    • Inventory system and vendor communication work:
      • Accurately log and account for inventory in system.
      • Communicate with vendors to place part orders, follow up on orders, or request replacement parts.
      • Review open repair orders and issue/assign appropriate parts needed by maintenance for repairs accounting for inventory levels.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year in related field
    • Forklift experience/certified
    • General computer skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Flexibility and good decision-making skills.
    • Time management
    • Able to multitask efficiently and accurately
    • Work requires lifting, pushing and pulling 50 lbs
    • Work requires bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing ladders
    • Able to work in hot and cold conditions within the shop; doors remain open majority of the time
    • High level of organizational skills
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
