    Description

    VIOLAND is seeking a driven individual to join our team, bringing their passion and drive. With over a century of experience, we are industry leaders. The role involves managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, nurturing relationships for new client acquisition, and overseeing a small team. As you excel in this position, you will progress to the role of Agency Director, honing your skills through our proven systems and processes. This opportunity offers a weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Servicing existing client base
    - Researching new business opportunities (B2B)
    - Supervising team activities and results
    - Training and mentoring new team members on established systems
    - Providing daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    - Focusing daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    - Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    - Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    - Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    - Enthusiasm for assisting others and building relationships
    - Previous sales or customer service experience
    - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    - Involvement in the community
    - Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:
    - Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    - Clean background check and personal transportation
    - 45-day evaluation period before advancement
