    Description

    VIOLAND is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who brings enthusiasm and clear goals to the table. With over a century in the industry, our organization is a pioneer, setting the bar for excellence.

    The chosen candidate will immerse themselves in our procedures, catering to our 2,000-strong client base. Additionally, they will cultivate new relationships, leveraging referrals and leads to expand our clientele. Overseeing a small team, you will guide and mentor them through the same process, ultimately progressing into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary (averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service and maintain existing client portfolio
    • Identify new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervise team operations and track performance
    • Provide training on current systems to new team members
    • Report daily field activities using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate efficiently
    • Comfortable in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Passionate about assisting others and building connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented and engaged
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period prior to advancement
