In this role, you will get to work on a variety of projects.
You'll be collaborating closely with project managers, managing a high volume of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and utilizing cutting-edge construction accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in a fast-paced construction environment.
Work closely with project managers to ensure financial tracking is accurate and up to date.
Maintain thorough knowledge of AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents, lien waivers, and construction pay applications.
Regular use and proficiency in construction accounting software including Procore, Quickbooks, and Netsuite.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of direct experience in high volume AP/AR, preferably within the construction industry.
Proficiency with AIA documents, lien waivers, and construction pay applications.
Demonstrable experience with Procore, Quickbooks, and Netsuite or similar construction accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
No formal education requirement; however, a background in accounting or related field is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external partners.
