    In this position, you will:

    Be responsible for supporting card holder's needs on a variety of products via inbound phone calls.

    Multi-task across several computer programs to respond to customers.

    Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat and/or email communications

    *This role requires Open Availability: 8am -10 pm. Work schedules will be 5 days a week with at least one weekend day and one weekday day off.

    Requirements

    • Previous Customer Service experience; previous call center experience is preferred (6 months preferred)
      High School diploma or GED
      Must submit to a background check and drug test upon offer of employment
      Full-Time position only - 40 hours per week
      Flexible to work assigned schedule - Schedule are subject to change due to our call volume nature
      Exemplary Attendance records with previous employers
      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      Ability to type 25 wpm with 95% + accuracy
      Excellent written and verbal language skills
      Strong customer service skills

    Knowledge of computers and MS-Windows

    • Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs and multi-task
      Ability to understand product details and communicate at a consumer level
      Active listening skills
      Professional comportment and demeanor
      Ability to follow directions/accept coaching
      Ability to manage stress
      Desire to work in a team environment achieving personal and team goals Self-motivated and upbeat
