Full-time permanent employee
This is a hybrid work from home/office role, based in Berlin
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can consistently provide highquality responses and empathetic support to customers.
- You take ownership in resolving and deescalating customer issues and work closely with internal and external customer support teams.
- You actively participate in projects to improve support processes.
- You analyze customer contacts to identify trends and provide feedback to relevant teams for improvement.
- You serve as a role model for excellent customer service, displaying good judgment, a positive work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.
