- Purchases materials and supplies. Negotiates with suppliers, seeking the best price, quality, payment, and delivery terms.
- Identifies needs and sourcing projects, builds the specifications with stakeholders.
- Prepares and executes RFX, analyzes quotations received, selects, or recommends suppliers.
- Issuing and/or approving purchase request in the system. Checks and approves invoices for orders placed if needed.
- Maintain and reinforce day-to-day proximity to the business, supporting local/regional business needs, driving, leading, and executing projects
- Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, building, and maintaining effective relationships, being proactive and reactive
- Work in close coordination with Global Category Managers to accomplish strategic goals including governance of the category management strategy, delivering cost savings, supplier and spend consolidation, and leveraging preferred vendor relationships
- Vendor onboarding qualification: Initiate supplier onboarding and qualification workflow and assess supplier against Sourcing criteria, approving, or declining as required
- Monitoring and managing vendor performance (implementation, compliance, contract lifecycle management)
- Support Vantiva internal users along the P2P process: Coupa content (Easysource eProcurement platform), buying channels, PO processing, catalogues
- Participate in continuous improvement of Source 2 Pay (S2P) process and solutions
- Negoitate contract and Statement of Work with local suppliers aligning with global category rules and customize for the assigned region.
- University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in sourcing or procurement areas - preferably within a multinational company
- Good understanding with common eProcurement tools - Coupa will be a plus
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with changes
- Must be comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders at all levels of management

Job Description
As a Buyer, you will play an essential role in supporting the development, implementation, and governance of regional purchasing strategies and executing all purchasing projects for your assigned region. You will be part of a dynamic Indirect Sourcing organization.
You will contribute to key goals for indirect sourcing in line with the corporate strategy, manage tenders, negotiating supplier contracts and ongoing management of suppliers across a broad range of Indirect categories. You will help drive Vantiva's continuous efforts in its sustainable spend plan, delivering value through optimizing costs, reducing waste, and maximizing the efficiency of business processes. You will interact with key stakeholders across the business, adopting a collaborative approach, driving proactive engagement in all projects.
