    Description


    Alamance Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, NC is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as RN / LPN Nurses both day and night shift (12 hours shifts) & Supervisor Potitions with several openings.

    As the RN / LPNnurse, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver.

    As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide.

    What we offer Competitive pay starting at $32/hr.

    (LPN) and $36/hr (RN) (Commensurate with experience) Shift differentials up to $8/hr Supervisor Potitions Day / night shift schedules available Eligibile for sign-on bonus up to $7,000.

    Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of nursing assistants (CNAs). Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out individualized plans of care. Take ownership of the clinical product provided and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. What you need Active Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
