    Description

    Are you a motivated and driven accounting professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team? We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, expense management, and assisting with audits and tax compliance.     salary: $20 - $24 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Handle invoice processing, payments, and collections
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts
    • Monitor and analyze expenses, suggest cost-saving measures
    • Assist in creating budgets and forecasts, monitor budget performance
    • Prepare documentation, assist during audits
    • Assist in tax preparation, ensure compliance with regulations
    • Coordinate with departments for financial information exchange.
