- General:
- Lead in campaign activation focusing on OTT, digital, and social media programs.
- Proficient in media activation platforms such as Prisma/MediaOcean, MBox, DCM/CM, MOAT.
- Manage Prisma and MBox inputs, vendor IO creation, billing, and reconciliation.
- Daily campaign maintenance, trafficking updates, audits, and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members, escalate issues, and ensure tasks are completed with quality and efficiency.
- Financial Stewardship:
- Collaborate on accurate billing, manage vendor billing, and ensure budget accuracy.
- Daily Project Management & Maintenance:
- Prepare trafficking requests, update project trackers, and support Supervisor with various deliverables.
- Oversee delivery of specs to partners and suggest process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, consumer insights preferred.
- Agency experience highly desired.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of MBOX, Prisma, CM360/DCM.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
