ROLE DESCRIPTION:


As a Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chuck Montgomery - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks.

Your proficient knowledge reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Use a customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Prior insurance & sales experience (510 years preferred)
  • Must be able to obtain relevant financial service licenses.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
