For our client, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) in Berlin, based in Jamestown, ND.

The position is permanent.


Your responsibilities:


You will be the competent contact person for customers and auditors in the service and education sector as part of project coordination.

After appropriate training in certification systems, you will take on the following tasks:

Contract and calculation reviews
Auditor selection including order monitoring and review for compliance with calculation guidelines
Coordination and review of audit processes
Maintenance of databases and preparation of evaluations
Review and approval of auditor invoices
Preparation of certificates and invoices
Participation in the further development of our audit and customer processes


Your qualifications:
Commercial or technical education
Ideally several years of professional experience
Enjoyment of customer contact and service orientation
Strong communication skills and teamwork
Interest, stress resistance and personal responsibility combined with careful and structured work
Secure handling of modern IT and computer systems
Good knowledge of English is desirable


You will receive a salary between 39, ,000 euros / year (gross) depending on your professional experience, excellent social benefits and a company pension plan.
