    We're looking for an inspiring People Operations Specialist to join our People team focused on playing a pivotal role in managing and administering employee benefits programs within our organization along with providing support to our ongoing People Team activities.


    This role is interesting because you will:
    Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

    Develop and distribute communication materials related to benefits programs, including open enrollment materials, plan summaries, and updates on policy changes.

    Manage all US employee leaves of absence.
    Conduct employee education sessions to enhance understanding of benefits offerings and enrollment processes.

    Support People team initiatives such as our quarterly performance management cycles, new employee orientation and employee onboarding & offboarding activities.

    Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.

    You are qualified if you have:
    Managed benefit programs and leaves of absence in a company with a strong employee presence in Massachusetts and nationally.

    An understanding of US benefits regulations, including FMLA & MAPFML.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

    The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
