    Our client is a dynamic, boutique wealth management firm with a mission to educate the community on all things financial and empower others to live their best lives. They design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures. The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning, and risk management.

    They are adding an Operations Associate to support the firm.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as an Executive Assistant
    • Support the operations team as well as the advisors in day-to-day tasks and organization
    • Help with many aspects of the business as well as maintaining and elevating Company culture
    • Collect and analyze personal financial statements from prospects and clients
    • Read through company benefits packets and provide feedback and notes to advisors
    • Become a specialist on benefits within our target markets, stay up to date on changes
    • Build personal financial plans using Northwestern Mutual software
    • Accurately input client information as provided by the advisors
    • Anticipate which presentation tools will be valuable for each client
    • Provide planning recommendations to increase likelihood of clients reaching their goals
    • Create new planning tools and calculators
    • Assist the planning director with projects
    • Support the planning team by being a reliable, thoughtful and collaborative member
    • Always be kind and courteous to every Client and Company team member
    • Attend team events and volunteer days

    Qualifications

    • Life & Health Insurance License, Series 7 License (Prefered upon start or obtained within 1 year)
    • 1-3 years of experience in financial services
    • Degree in Finance, Statistics, or Accounting

    Compensation

    • $60,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience plus $12,000-$15,000 bonus based on personal and team performance
