    Your Impact:


    The People Operations Specialist is a highly visible, integral part of our People Team responsible for the day to day people operations for the Americas region at Mirakl.

    What you will do at Mirakl:

    Develop and manage core people processes - employee onboarding/offboarding, immigration, leave requests, etc.

    Manage People Ops HelpDesk system and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement

    Support Global AI initiatives with team project work

    Maintain accurate records in the HRIS, payroll & benefits systems, and other third-party systems

    Support the People Partner and Talent Acquisition teams by managing day-to-day operational tasks and workflows

    Conduct audits, ensuring system integrity and compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements

    Lead compensation changes, position changes, and relevant documentation

    Assist with policy revisions, and other people team projects as assigned

    Benefits administration, including responding to questions and requests from Mirakl team members

    Partner with key stakeholders in Finance, IT and Legal for streamlined company operations

    Support team budgeting and manage invoices in NetSuite in partnership with the Head of People

    What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:

    Interest or internship experience in People Operations or an HR generalist role.

    Familiarity with HRIS and understanding of basic regulations, payroll, and benefits systems.

    Ability to think creatively and a strong focus on details.

    Eagerness to learn about automating processes to enhance efficiency and save time.
