    1st Shift Warehouse Associate

    What to Expect at Superior Beverage Group

    • Cleanliness - Our warehouse team works together to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our facility to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
    • Activity - This job requires standing for long periods of time, along with twisting and bending motions. Our team lifts cases of product regularly throughout the shift, which weigh approximately 35lbs.
    • Temperature - Our building is temperature controlled so the team has comfortable conditions to work in all year round.
    • Dress Code - We provide uniforms for our associates, while also requiring closed toe shoes for safety and comfort.
    Qualifications

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday
    • 1st Shift: 7:30am-4pm
    Typical Duties
    • Following proper safety and quality standards while working alongside our semi-automated picking system
    • Making sure beer and wine cases are picked accurately using scanners, iPads, wrist displays and other technology
    • Ensuring customer orders are not damaged
    • Loading trucks accurately for our delivery team and customers
    • Sorting damaged beer and wine cases
    • Putting away returned cases of beer and wine
    • Problem solving
    Skills & Qualifications
    • Reliability and dependability. Good attendance is important for our all- ask us about our attendance bonus
    • The ability to lift up to 35lbs safely
    • Ability to work in elevated areas up to 20ft high on secure platforms
    • Basic math skills
    • Experience in material handling and equipment operating is a plus
    • Being able to understand labels and coded dates
    • Ability to use technology on a basic level
