    Job Summary
    The Warehouse Associate is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes within the organization.

    They play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production and customer demand.

    The Warehouse Associate utilizes inventory management systems, conducts regular audits, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory control procedures and enhance operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    Inventory Management:
    Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse or storage facility.
    Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
    Unloading of incoming material from Receiving; unpacking, counting, picking, weighing, and sorting products of various sizes.

    Material Handling Equipment Operation:
    Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials within the facility.
    Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
    Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while operating machinery.

    Quality Control:
    Report quality issues or concerns to supervisors to prevent recurrence and ensure customer satisfaction.
    Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate material flow and resolve any issues or challenges.
    Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow processes and improve operational efficiency.
    Provide support to other areas of the supply chain or production as needed to meet business requirements.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
    Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment preferred.
    Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
    Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation; high problem-solving ability.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team; excellent time management skill.
    Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
