    Job Description


    One of Insight Global's top employers within the financial services industry is looking for a service delivery representative to sit hybrid in El Paso, Tx.

    The service delivery rep will be responsible for assisting in financial risk assessments with clients, outgoing calls to companies asking for wire transfers, analyzing financial reports, and working through collections.

    The candidate should be adaptable, technically equip, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    1-2 years of customer service experience

    Call Center experience

    Previous experience in busy environment

    Fast learner - Banking Industry
