Your responsibilities:
- Invoicing and debt management
- Monitoring and clarification of open items
- Preparation of evaluations
- Monitoring of payment transactions
- Maintenance of master data
- Collaboration with external service providers
- Proficient in using Lexware
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Support for monthly and annual closing activities
- Able to handle booking preparations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial education and professional experience in the field of accounting
- Enjoy working with numbers, meticulous and structured approach, and able to work independently with high quality standards
- Friendly, communicative personality and enjoy working in a team
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
