Responsibilities:

  • Advising and informing our customers over the phone about product features, delivery times, and prices
  • Calculating and creating offers and following up on them
  • Developing offers within the scope of project business
  • Qualifying generated leads for the field sales team
  • Taking phone orders and processing them
  • Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, specialized or university degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in inside sales
  • Passion for sales and active selling
  • Teamwork, willingness to learn, selforganization
  • Enjoying telephone contact with customers
  • Reliability, a high level of service orientation, and enthusiasm
  • Good knowledge of Excel/MS Office
