    Job DescriptionSalary:

    We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. The perfect candidate will exhibit a strong determination to achieve goals, a keen attention to detail, and a readiness to contribute actively to our expanding team and company. As the HR Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal role in supporting diverse HR functions and upholding adherence to pertinent employment laws.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and ensure our organization's adherence to these guidelines in areas such as drug testing, driver qualifications, and recordkeeping.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all required paperwork, background checks, and training are completed. Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
    • Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, preparing reports, ensuring data integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years in office setting and administrative functions, experience in HR preferred, ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Familiarity with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, especially in a transportation or logistics environment is a plus
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with employees at all levels.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR-related documentation.
    • SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus.
