    As the initial point of contact for clients at the facility, you will engage with prominent corporate flight departments and high-profile customers. Your responsibilities will involve service provision for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and general aviation aircraft.

    Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour

    Shift: 8-hour second shift, including weekends

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver professional service and support to customers
    • Handle hotel and catering reservations for arriving and departing aircraft
    • Process customer transactions and fuel sales
    • Collaborate with line service staff and pilots to ensure top-notch customer service

    Required Skills

    • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
    • High school diploma or GED certification
    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • Possession of a valid state driver's license
    • Proficiency in basic math operations
