    Description

    Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
    • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and complaints
    • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication
    • Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team or department
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
    • Assist with customer onboarding and account setup as needed
    • Meet or exceed established service level agreements and performance metrics
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance customer service skills

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
    • Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing system is a plus
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
